how do I increase or decrease the line width of the secondary(lower) navigation menu on my Magazine Pro theme, so they look to be the same thickness?

The top border line on the secondary nav menu looks to be 2 or more px, where the lower border line looks to be about 1px.

Where can I make an edit to the CSS to make them even thickness?

The bottom border of your .site-header .wrap at line 1356 in style.css is 2px.

The bottom border of your .nav-secondary .wrap at line 1586 in style.css is 1px.

Change either one to get them to match.
