    I haved upload the original fuctions.php file to my theme and now my web shows in the header a few links with the screen-reader-text and scree-reader-shortcut class.
    Why?

    You're missing the accessibility CSS.

    Yes, the mobile version doesn't show the resizable menu but I don't know why, I just upload the original functions.php with not modifications

    OK
    I solved the rezisable menu
    I have changed this code in the new functions.php file:

    "$suffix = ( defined( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG' ) && SCRIPT_DEBUG ) ? '' : '.min';
    wp_enqueue_script( 'magazine-responsive-menu', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/js/responsive-menus' . $suffix . '.js', array( 'jquery' ), CHILD_THEME_VERSION, true );
    wp_localize_script(
    'magazine-responsive-menu',
    'genesis_responsive_menu',
    magazine_responsive_menu_settings()
    );"

    For the code of the old fuctions.php file:

    "wp_enqueue_script( 'magazine-responsive-menu', get_bloginfo( 'stylesheet_directory' ) . '/js/responsive-menu.js', array( 'jquery' ), '1.0.0' );"

    and the header link removing this code:

    "// Add Accessibility support.
    add_theme_support( 'genesis-accessibility', array( '404-page', 'drop-down-menu', 'headings', 'rems', 'search-form', 'skip-links' ) );"
