    Hi there,

My theme is Magazine Pro and I am trying to display a single post of my choice on the front page: Home (Top, Middle or Bottom).

There is "Featured Page, " which allows you to display a single page of your choice. I know there is "Featured Posts" but why isn't there "Featured Post," which lets you to display a single post you want to display?

Right now I have a "Featured Posts" widget on Home Top, and I can choose to display a certain category but it doesn't seem to allow you to display a specific post in that category.

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to do it.

    Thanks,
    Taka

You can put a single post into its own category and display it.

    Hi Victor,

Thank you for the answer. That sounds like a good idea.
But it still makes me wonder why you can't a specific Post even though you can pick a Page.

You could always copy the plugin to create a new plugin and add the feature to pick a specific post.

    Hi Victor,

What do you mean "copy the plug in?"
