I came across this website with a great way of displaying the company's capabilities or the features of a product/solution.

If you look at the CSS in your browser's inspect element tool, it looks like the developer created the effect using CSS flexboxes. Here's some basic info: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_flex.asp.

If you Google CSS flax, you'll find a lot of code examples.
