Using "Infinity Pro".

Can anyone help me with some amazing CSS that will make Raleway go site wide? Right now it's most everything, except for the bullet points (using a google font plugin).

Whatever plugin you are using is inserting the Raleway font family into inline CSS It's very easy to change fonts in a Genesis theme. You don't need a plugin. The fonts are loaded in functions.php. You would then search through style.css and change every instance of font-family to Raleway. Using the plugin adds a lot of overhead to your site's load time because you load the fonts that are loaded with the theme and then the Raleway fonts.
