    I saw this on a site today and it looked really good.

    It's a blue background with some text and a CTA button and then a transparent image on the left

    I want to do something like this within a post on my site as a call to action but not exactly sure how, I assume I need to be using blocks?

    Any design advice?

    @rogerp Sridhar has a free tutorial on how to do this here. It's adding a widget after a specific paragraph. You can add your newsletter sign up and add custom CSS to add the background color.
