    Hi,
    I've installed the child theme No SideBar. Anyone can help me to remove 'search' from the header (right side) and instead add a widget in the same place?
    I would appreciate an easy explanation.
    Thanks in advance!

    In the nav menu or the header right widget area?

    It's a little complicated to do with No Sidebar Pro. The standard Genesis header-right widget area has been unregistered in that theme. The search box is added to the header area. Since the header-right widget area is removed, there's no CSS for it in style.css either. You need to some editing to functions.php and change the header CSS in style.css. Also, the Genesis Nav has been moved from its normal after header position into the header itself. You may have a lot more coding to do than you realize.

    To remove the search box and add the header-right area back in, comment out the following lines in functions.php:

    Line 34: wp_enqueue_script( 'ns-search-box', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/js/search-box.js', array( 'jquery' ), '1.0.0', true );
    Line 86: unregister_sidebar( 'header-right' );
    Line 109: add_action( 'genesis_header', 'ns_search', 13 );

    Unfortunately, you're on your own for the CSS. That's most likely going to be a lot to rework. I can't help you with that today.
