I am using the Prose theme and I would like to make my header clickable but cannot work out how to do it.

The Prose theme is almost 7 years old and the XHTML code that theme uses is pretty much retired. Instead of trying to fix such an old theme, may I suggest you consider an updated HTML5 equivalent like Modern Studio Pro https://my.studiopress.com/themes/modern-studio/?
