style.css is always in the child theme folder under wp-content/themes. The host has nothing to do with the location of WordPress files.

What size is the image you're using ? even if it does fill the container it will look bad as it's very small.

Have you tried uploading a much bigger image ?

If you've changed image sizes in functions.php , have you also regenerated thumbnails ?

    Plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Andytc already mentioned that your background image is way too small to fit the full area. If you try to enlarge it, it will become pixelated and look terrible.

Brad has a tutorial here: https://wpsites.net/web-design/lifestyle-pro-responsive-full-header-image/

And Shridhar has one here: https://sridharkatakam.com/add-wide-header-lifestyle-pro/

You may find other tutorials through Google, but I think you need to understand that when you choose to work around a theme's inherent design, you run the risk of not having your question answered at all.

We're all community volunteers here, end users just like you. If your question regards a task that is not something we've done before or have a ready answer to reply, it takes a lot of time and effort to work out the details to provide you with a response.

As volunteers, we don't get paid for any of this. We'd have to install the theme, find an appropriately sized image and write the custom code to make it all work.

The fact that your site has right click disabled adds another barrier in allowing us to examine the source code. With today's modern browsers and their built in developer tools, the right click disablement is useless anyway. It will not prevent anyone from getting your images or copying content. It just makes it harder for us to help you.

my image is actually 4500 x 1125 which is plenty big professionally done.

when I import the image in

going to Appearance / Header it will ask to crop the picture and states that image should be:

Click “Add new image” to upload an image file from your computer. Your theme works best with an image with a header size of 320 ?— 110 pixels — you’ll be able to crop your image once you upload it for a perfect fit.

So I am at a loss to how to make this image big as my header and full width of header. ???

Glad you figured it out, but you still have a problem. At over 5mb, your image is so large now and takes so long to load, it will bog down the site's performance. Poor website performance impacts SEO. People won't wait for a site to load. The image should be under 1Mb to improve performance.
