Helle there!

I am using restored316 market theme, and i have two questions about header setup.

1. How can I hide header in the pages? I would show it only at the front page.

2. How can I move the navigation bar into the header? I would use a picture in the header what contains teh navigation bar aswell.

Your theme is not a Studio Press theme. It may have at one time been a community marketplace theme, but there's no indication of that in the Studio Press theme archives.

Whatever the case, community marketplace theme developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.

Studio Press requires that community marketplace theme developers support their themes directly. If the Restored 316 support team won't help you, I suggest you open a ticket with Studio Press directly.

No, you didn't buy a theme with no support. You bought a theme which provides support for setting up the theme to look and function like the demo. That's EXACTLY the same kind of support you would get if you bought a StudioPress theme.

This forum is a community forum, for answering questions, regardless where you bought the theme. If you are looking for actual support, you would reach out to the theme developer.

For non-support questions, such as yours (which come under the category of "customization"), you are absolutely welcome to post here. You might also consider the Genesis community Facebook group, if you're not getting the answer you are looking for here.

In either case (here or the Facebook group), these are not official support venues.
