I am using the Genesis Primary Navigation Extras but whatever 'Extra' I use, doesn't show up on mobile devices. Any suggestions for a fix?

It's not possible to suggest a fix unless we can see the code. Since you're on localhost, we can't do that. Chances are though that the extra is being hidden behind another object or by CSS.

Here's a bare-bones installation of Outreach PRO using the search form as the Navigation Extra in the Genesis Theme Settings. The search form disappears when the window gets smaller than 450px (approx.) wide.

Then look in style.css at the media queries. It's probably being turned off on purpose by the developer.
