For the life of me I can´t seem to find out WHY the footer is not showing,

The footer is displaying just fine. It's hard to see because of the background image you're using, but it is displaying.

sadly not 🙁 that is not the footer o rather not the footer widget if you navigate to a page on one of the menus and you scroll down you will see the footer.
