I recently purchased a plugin that is not working properly. I sent an email to support and am not sure how to proceed. Response below:

There is a problem with your theme, as the footer is missing. I think you forgot to call the wp_footer(); function.

    Please see the reference: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_footer

This is important as many plugins and themes load js files in the footer.

    Hi,

    the footer is not missing.
I guess the plugin support has no idea how to deal with a Genesis theme.

Because the Fun theme is a third party theme, you should contact prettydarncute's support directly at http://support.prettydarncute.com/

Studio Press themes do call wp_footer() and your footer is clearly showing. If you use your browser's inspect element tool, you'll see a whole host of JavaScript errors. These errors will prevent the proper loading and execution of scripts.
