    I'm trying to replace the Featured Image in my posts with a YouTube video and have tried several plugins with no luck. I'm not sure if they're not compatible with Genesis or if there's another problem. I'm using the Mai Lifestyle Pro child theme and I've tried these plugins:

    Embed Plus for YouTube
    Featured Video Plus
    Featured Videos for Genesis
    Next Feature Gallery and Video
    Simple Featured Video

    Does anyone know if there are compatibility issues with these? Or can you recommend a plugin that works?

    The same video on all single posts or a unique video for each?

    You could hook it in using a custom field.

    Also, what do you want on archive pages. Featured image or video thumbnail?
