I have Digital Pro installed and have created a projects category. I need to change the meta descriptions and title tags for the other pages of the category this one! http://limepixel.co.uk/category/projects/page/2/ and this one http://limepixel.co.uk/category/projects/page/3/ but i have no idea how to access it.

From my SEO efforts and a report generated from SEM Rush it shows I have duplicate meta descriptions so I am wanting to rectify this.
Please can you guide me how to do this within this theme.You do not have duplicate meta descriptions on the page. You have a single site-wide meta description that Yoast inserts in the HTML head area. If you view your source code in the browser, you can see for yourself that there are no other meta descriptions. This is the only one on those pages:
