Hi everyone,
Thanks in advance for your help. One of my posts was hacked over the weekend. In an effort to make my site more secure, I had Bluehost (my web host) restore my site to a week ago, before the hack. Bluehost said that my theme was out of date and instructed me to re-install Digital Pro, the theme that I use.
Earlier this year, I had a professional developer make some customizations to Digital Pro. When I restored my site and re-installed Digital Pro, all of these customizations were gone. Using WP engine (my developer's demo site), my husband was able to copy and paste many of the customizations the developer had created back into my site. There are still some major issues, however, that I'm hoping I could get some help with.
On my homepage, I am unable to upload photos into the Front Page Image 1 and 2 widget areas. Even though the thumbnail shows up in the widget area, the images do not show up on my site. I contacted Studiopress about this issue and they sent me the message below. I contacted my webhost and there are no issues on their end. I also cannot find any added scripts. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this problem? Thank you!
MESSAGE FROM STUDIOPRESS
"I'm seeing a console error when viewing your homepage. Some of the files and images in the theme's "js" folder are not being loaded. This could be due to a plugin or script conflict or due to something on your web host server. I'd suggest removing any scripts you have added, including the SumoMe script, from your site. You may have added scripts to Genesis > Theme Settings or to a specific page or widget. It would also be a good idea to contact your web host to make sure this isn't being caused by something on your server. You can pass on the following console errors to your web host:[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (fadeup.js, line 0)
