    Hi all,

Another question as I get the final Ts crossed and Is dotted on my site. I saw to install Genesis Simple Edits to change the copyright text but I cannot figure out where to make the actual changes. Could someone please put very specific instructions for me to change just the text?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

Use the footer output field, add whatever text and or HTML you want and make sure you check "Modify Entire Footer Text (including markup)?"

Thanks for this info Victor. I'm afraid I cannot understand what I need to do. When I look to edit through the plugin I find more than a dozen footer output phrases.

I have limited skills and experience making code changes. If you have specific steps I can take and specific code I can search for and change I would very much appreciate it 🙂

In Genesis Simple Edits, the 3rd box down is called "Footer Credits Text", you just type in that box whatever you want, perhaps

    [footer_copyright before="Copyright "] · D6 Content · [footer_loginout]

the tick box for "Modify entire footer content" should NOT be checked.

    Hope this helps - Gordon
