    Hi all,

On http://www.bttrnw.com my Post Categories don't seem to be doing anything on the Home Page widgets.

If you look at the current front page, and at Recent Posts (Home Bottom), the most recent post ("Learning, Communication and Behaviour" is categorised under "Front Page Posts". However the settings for the Widget are to display the Category of "Blog" only - like the other 5.

Obviously, this is causing havoc with trying to do the Home Middle featured posts as anything I create for a Portfolio section appears in both the "Recent Posts" and on the sidebar widget.

    Any ideas?

Shot in the dark but have you tried setting a Blog Page with the correct Template option chosen and then chosen your options in WP general settings? This sometimes helps when having problems with erratic post/page/category behaviour on the front page when using Genesis.
