I am using a customized version of the Driskill child theme and have integrated Cart66 as our shopping cart solution.  This works fine in most cases, but I am having a problem with one item in the cart that has a Gravity Form. People are filling out the form which contains information we need to fulfill their order, but then not competing the checkout process. (We may be having other orders not competed, but this is where I have a record of it because of the gravity form).

When I look at the checkout process on my iPhone, I see that that checkout form is not fully displayed. The child theme is responsive and the checkout form is wider than the amount of space allowed on the iphone screen. I am guessing that this is what is stopping people from completing the check out process.

Wondering if anyone else has had an issue with this (or even any other) checkout forms that do not resize to fit the responsive iPhone format, and if so, any suggestions how to fix this.

    Thank you!!

    Hi Michele,
I've had similar issues when using Gravity Forms before. To the best of my understanding, the plugin is not responsive, so you would need to add custom CSS styles to its fields for the lower size screen resolutions.

Of note too - you may find http://www.studiopress.com/responsive/ useful for helping you with those smaller screen sizes!
