    I use w3 total cache and it is not emptying. In admin mode, all is okay and the site shows with the changes i have made but when i am out of Admin, the site shows with no changes. When I disable the plugin, the site shows with the changes made. Even how much i empty the cache, nothing changes. Help please

    You have two caches you need to deal with. You have W3TC and your browser cache. In all likely hood, it's your browser cache that you need to force a refresh. Google "force browser refresh" for instructions on how to do that.

    In addition to victor's advise i have installed 'css reloader plugin' to chrome
