Blog page is not formatting like the demo. I did not change any CSS. I'm getting giant post titles.
What it should look like: https://demo.studiopress.com/breakthrough/articles/
On the sample site, the title is a H2 tag. On your site, it's a H1 tag, which accounts for the difference in sizes.
So the question becomes, why are the title sizes different on both sites? Did you possibly disable accessibility for the headings?
Whatever is causing this is happening on the back end of your site. It could also be related to SEO settings.
If you can't figure it out, Sridhar has a tutorial that explains how to change the heading: https://sridharkatakam.com/how-to-set-heading-tags-for-entry-titles-in-genesis-conditionally/
