This theme only seems to have the option of having the menu sit above the banner, or to sit next to the site title.

I would like to swap the menu and the banner, so the menu sits below the banner. What is the best way to do this?

With Genesis, you can reposition virtually anything by moving it to a different hook. You need to determine what that hook is based on your specific theme: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/navigation-menus/#reposition-primary
