    Hi Everyone,

    We are using the Genesis Theme version 2.5.3. I need to change the header which is a background. I've added the image url to the css.style sheet and that usually changes the image.

    However, the image has not updated. Please advise what I need to do to change the header of our website.

    Normally you can change this in the customizer. Which theme are you using?

    Thanks for following up so quickly.

    We have GenesisVersion: 2.5.3

    In the customizer I have
    - Site Identity
    - Menus
    - Widgets
    - Static Front Page
    - Site Layout
    - Breadcrumbs
    - Comments and Trackbacks
    - Content Archives
    - Additional CSS

    None of these areas helped me change the header.

    Please advise.

    Not sure what child theme you are referring to.

    Please ask your theme developer as i can't test the solution for you.

    Yes, i think thats better unless you can provide a name for the theme.

    The header image I see displayed on the site was uploaded two days ago: Header Image

    If you can't see this image, clear all of your caches.

    The theme you are using is a custom design based on the Genesis Framework. Custom themes and community marketplace themes are supported by their developers. This forum is for the Genesis Framework and Studio Press themes.
