I hope this is the right forum to post this. I didn't see a "troubleshooting themes" or anything specific to my theme.

Using the Enterprise Pro theme with Genesis (of course), and on some mobile devices, the Archives page will periodically show nothing but the heading "Archives" and a comment box. In other words, the Loop creating the lists that should appear on the page is either not outputting, or the lists are somehow disappearing in the final presentation.

There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason for this. An end-user on iPhone 6s sees things fine; an end-user on iPhone 6 does not. One minute, my iPad 2 shows it fine; another time, it appears with the problem above (although once it started working on the iPad a couple times, it now seems to always work).

Bad enough that the new Enterprise Pro doesn't look like the old Enterprise Child Theme, which I loved. But now I have none of the beauty, and this issue, too. 🙁

Anyone have any ideas what I should be looking for?

    Thanks.

    Hi Rick,

It sounds like a caching issue. It should have resolved itself by now?

Also - there is no need to upgrade your child theme unless you want to get the new look/features. If you upgraded to Pro, that is a good thing for SEO. Sorry you don't find it as beautiful though!

It never did resolve. I don't know what caused it.

I thought it was a caching problem at first, too, but I wasn't the only one seeing it. I posted to some developer forums I belong to, and people there saw the same thing.

Ultimately, I switched to the SimplePro Flex theme, and I'm quite happy with my new website.

Thank you for taking the time to respond!
