I am trying to find a way to sort the listings alphabetically and not by "Publish Date and Time". I have setup the custom taxomonies and need the listings to appear on the web site alphabetically.

The site is (3 Bedrooms): http://www.casabayvillas.com/bedrooms/3-bedrooms/

You'll need to do some custom coding for this in functions.php. Get started by reading up on pre_get_posts and WP_Query order & orderby parameters.
