    I had made changes to the Style.CSS to fit the word 'Possibilities' in the Agency Pro Home Page Top Widget, but it stopped working. See below:

    @media
    only screen and (max-width: 680px) {

    .site-container {
    padding: 0;
    }

    .site-header {
    position: relative;
    }

    .wrap {
    width: 90%;
    }

    .agency-pro-home .content .wrap {
    max-width: 380px;
    }

    .agency-pro-home .featuredpost .entry {
    min-height: 380px;
    width: 100%;
    }

    .agency-pro-home .content .featured-content .entry-header {
    clear: both;
    }

    <!--Reduced font size from 48 px and 4.8 rem by Don Astras on 4/20/15 to make the word 'possibilities' fit on a small screen -->
    .home-top .widget-title {
    font-size: 32px;
    font-size: 3.2rem;
    }

    }

    Now, I do not see any change when I use different font sizes.

    I believe all new Genesis themes have removed rem font-sizes. Your modified font-size in px or rem does not show up in media queries but can support a 38px font size on a 320px screen size without breaking Possibilites into 2 lines. Check your code for extra curly brackets or semi-colons.
