When narrowed, the theme is folding the excerpts below the rollover images.

Are there resources on how to modify Agency Pro and StudioPress' other child themes responsive settings? It'd be great if there was some kind of standard.

Studio Press themes use standard media queries. All of the responsive settings can be modified in style.css. The media queries are at the bottom of the file.
