I am using the enews extended widget on the Balance theme. Right now the subscription box on the homepage shows only the email field.

My signup forms on MailChimp have a drop down field for the time zone - how can I add this field to the enews widget so it shows on the homepage too?

    Thank you in advance

You'll want to find the relevant HTML in your signup form code and copy that into the "Hidden Fields" section of the widget.

You can see how a similar addition was made here: http://oncecoupled.com/2014/03/11/adding-interest-groups-genesis-enews-extended-sign/

Thank you! It looks like once I added the hidden field code, it made the background gray on the entire page v.s. only where the sign up box is. Is that normal or is there something wrong with the code I added?

You're probably missing a closing element in the code you copied, double check there.
