    Hey,

    i have read a lot of tutorials, but no one works. I used this code:

    genesis_register_sidebar( array(
    	'id'          => 'front-page-78,
    	'name'        => __( 'Front Page 8', 'altitude' ),
    	'description' => __( 'This is the front page 8 section.', 'altitude' ),
    ) );

    It appears in the admin secction, but when i insert something, there is no conent in the page.

    Somebody there with an idea? -_-

    Did you add the widget to front-page.php? There are two steps to adding widget areas to a front page, first is to create the widget area in functions.php, Second is to add the widget to the front-page so the content displays.
