    Hi:

I'd like to add super simple icons into the secondary nav bar on the right or add the widget area that could go there to implement the plugin.

Can you tell me how to do either method?

    Thanks.

The easiest way to add icons to menus is to use the fontawesome for menus plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome-4-menus/

Thank you Victor. For now, there's a bug in that plugin if anyone else uses it. You have to place the HTML in the Navigation Label and not the CSS. But, it works like a charm.
