Done and done! We'll see what happens. Thanks. 🙂

    Well, here's a screenshot:

My point is, nothing on the website has changed except for the theme. As soon as we went live with the new theme (on multiple websites), spam increased dramatically.

I know Akismet, Wordfence, etc. can reduce spam. The question is, does Genesis have some kind of magic spam magnet built in? I realize it sounds ridiculous. 😉

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Here's one page that gets a ton of spam:

    http://bodypoetrystudio.com/august-excitement-at-body-poetry/

There IS no contact form! Yet somehow it's still getting spam comments.

    Thoughts?

Well... that's definitely useful for keeping informed when new themes come out.

However, it doesn't say anything about "this theme was upgraded from 1.0 to 1.0.1 and fixed XYZ bugs."

As it is now, I have no idea why so many themes were updated this summer, if there are any critical bugs, if I should seriously consider updating all my websites, etc. 🙂

Nice. Thanks, I just registered and was about to start a new thread. Glad I saw your post first!

Anyway, I'm having the same issue with Outreach Pro. Guess I'll downgrade to 2.0.2 for now!
