I don't fully like the solution I came up with but it appears that the iPad and iPhone don't like the background-attachment: fixed when the background-size is set to cover. I changed the background-attachment: scroll using @media conditions and it sizes the image properly now.

Don't know why it acts strange with it set to fixed.

Thanks. I came up with another good solution also. I decided to put the featured page widget in the sidebar and then used a plugin called display widget that works great.

Doesn't look like my original post went through, maybe because I had external links.

I've been able to get Woocommerce to work on my Wellness Pro theme but I'm confused about how the Shop page looks. I have it set to the full width layout just like all my other pages on the site. In the Wellness Pro theme that puts all the page content text in a large white box centered on the screen with a grey boarder/background. I would like my shop page to look the same but I'm confused because the products are in individual small white boxes but they are not inside the large white box. A matter of fact there is no large white box just the grey background. I'm confused on why that would be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Worked perfectly. Thank you. I ended up using the functionality plugin so I didn't have to worry about updating my theme and losing the changes in the functions.php file.
