Hi Tom,

Thanks for the tip. It turns out that when I did the upgrade, the image alignment for the Featured Image got set to "none". I set it back to "Left" and that fixed it.

I will keep Readyfolio in mind.

Since I did the Genesis upgrade, the text for the excerpt in the Featured Posts widget is now appearing under the featured image rather than under the post title.

I just did this upgrade. I wish I'd checked the forums first, because I'm now having the same problems you were having! Did you ever find a solution?
