As a Pro Plus member you won’t be provided a subscription key. This key enables automatic updates but does not affect how the plugin works. It’s not required in order to use the plugin. You’ll need to manually update the plugin by downloading a new copy through your My StudioPress account when an update is released.

The question should be, in my opinion, WHY? And how do we get this changed?

    Anita,

If there is still a Layout section, where is it?

In Genesis 3.03 and before, there was a graphic at the bottom of the edit page or post called "Select Layout". The default setting was "default layout" and the images were of various alternate layouts offered by the theme. In the right-hand column there was (and still is) a section called "Page Attributes" with a dropdown labeled "Template:" and contained "Default template" and "Landing".

In Genesis 3.1.0 the graphic and selection of "Select Layout" disappeared (if it still exists somewhere, I'd like to know where). The "Page Attributes" section in the right column remained as it had been.

Now, in 3.1.1, the "Select Layout" section is still missing, but the "Page Attributes" section has added Archive and Blog. There no longer appears to be a way to set a page or post to full width or left or right sidebar, etc.

I installed Genesis Layout Extras plugin, but I can't see how it helps as it seems to only modify the default setting for all pages or posts.

I don't have time to pursue it so I'll mark it as resolved.
