There is no longer a page Page Attributes => Template: => full-width setting. All that's available is Landing, which is not useful.

Any ideas on how to restore the full-width template setting?

    (I'm using Education Pro.)

There was never a full-width "template" only a full-width layout. You need to be looking in the Layout section, not Page Attributes.

    Anita,

If there is still a Layout section, where is it?

In Genesis 3.03 and before, there was a graphic at the bottom of the edit page or post called "Select Layout". The default setting was "default layout" and the images were of various alternate layouts offered by the theme. In the right-hand column there was (and still is) a section called "Page Attributes" with a dropdown labeled "Template:" and contained "Default template" and "Landing".

In Genesis 3.1.0 the graphic and selection of "Select Layout" disappeared (if it still exists somewhere, I'd like to know where). The "Page Attributes" section in the right column remained as it had been.

Now, in 3.1.1, the "Select Layout" section is still missing, but the "Page Attributes" section has added Archive and Blog. There no longer appears to be a way to set a page or post to full width or left or right sidebar, etc.

I installed Genesis Layout Extras plugin, but I can't see how it helps as it seems to only modify the default setting for all pages or posts.

Remove Genesis Layout Extras. If you are using the Classic Editor, then go up to Screen Options and make sure the Layouts box is check. If not, check it. If you are using the block editor, you need to click the "G" it the top right corner which opens up the Genesis settings. You will see Layouts there. Or you can click Genesis on the menu (on the left) and go to Theme Settings.
