Hi, Lauren - I'm sorry nobody has responded to your post before now. Are you still having the issue? If so, I would recommend submitting a support ticket.
I'm not sure what could be causing the issue, other than some kind of caching plugin.
SusanModeratorI mean, if you can’t be bothered responding to queries,
@hophead - was that comment directed to me personally? I, and 99% of the people who provide responses here are volunteers. We don't work for StudioPress. We help out where we can. I just happened to be on the forum this morning looking through old threads to see if people still had outstanding issues, to offer assistance, albeit belated, if they still have an issue. In this case, I wasn't seeing an issue with the site mentioned.SusanModeratorRogier - I would recommend submitting a support ticket in this instance for 2 reasons:
1) nobody has responded to your question here, and
2) it sounds like it's not a "customization" issue, per se. I may be wrong, and the StudioPress team will tell you to ask over here, in which case, I can see if I can get another community member to help you out, as I have not had much experience with AgentPress.
SusanModeratorThanks, CeeKing for posting back. The reason we ask people to start another thread is because it's a community forum, there may be a number of people looking for threads to help people, and we search for "Threads with No Reply", so if someone adds a new question or update to an existing thread, it might be missed.
In many cases with valid code snippets, the issue with how people copy and paste the code - ' (quotation marks) for example, have a nasty habit of turning from straight to "curly" without anyone noticing, and that can be a BIG issue.
SusanModeratorThanks, Krystyn. I will close this thread.
SusanModeratorCan you please provide a link to your site?
SusanModeratorWere you able to get a resolution to this question? Did you submit a support ticket?

SusanModeratorHi, Krystyn:
Were you able to resolve your issue, or did you just decide to remove the arrows?
SusanModeratorThe plugin page said it it compatible with ALL Genesis Child Themes.
You might want to ask over at the plugin support page if you have any questions, though.
SusanModeratorHi, Paul: It looks like you have a text header in there now, and it looks fine on a mobile device. Let me know if you are still having issues.
SusanModeratorHi - I just wanted to check in to see if your issue has been resolved? If not, can you please post a link to your site?
SusanModeratorExcellent advice, Keith! Kudos to Carrie for another great tutorial!
SusanModeratorWinston - I went ahead and removed your user name and password from the thread, as this is a public forum. I and sent the details to Megan via a Twitter DM.
There is no PM capabilities in this forum. 🙁
SusanModeratorThanks for letting me know! I will close this as "resolved".
SusanModeratorHi, Adam: - once again, just following up to see if you got this issue resolved. No experience with Premise, but if you are still having issues, I'll see if I can find someone to assist.
