    [For anyone reading this in the future - click on settings, tick the box next to the feature you want and then at the top of the list select 'activate' from the dropdown list. Then you'll be good to go.]

    Had the same problem until I fixed it with Brad's Solution #3 that's on the post below:

    Sorted - after half a blueberry muffin, tweaking image uploaded and finding this link (solution 3 worked for me):

    Re my image - went ahead with 1140x120 but manually kept everything to the left of where my header menu would start. Everything else is white space so it doesn't matter.

    Probably not the smartest fix, but it's done for the job for now.
