Thanks David but I don't know much about html programming. I copied the code with the <div>tags and pasted it into the page in text mode to see what would happen. When I view the page, the actual html code is showing up at the bottom.

I deleted it and am back to square one.

Please my initial posting. What I meant to say was when I'm on a site page, I can't get back into the dashboard as there's no longer any link or button for it.

    Thanks.

The logo is linked to the homepage.
    Thanks Carrie.

I have to do several color variations per the client's request. For each color change I assume I simply switch out #CCCCCC with whatever color I've selected?

    Thanks.

    Anitac,

You're batting 1000--that did the trick.

    Thanks.

I have latest versions of both browsers but apparently it doesn't display properly because I'm on a Mac. It looks fine on a pc. I find it troubling that a theme can't display properly regardless of the operating system used.

I'm viewing it on Chrome and Firefox (on a Mac), both are at 100% and both show menu on two lines.  "Contact" is on the second line by itself.

Do I change the #header  .widget-area width back to 610px or leave at 630 before making this change?

When I change width to 630 the menu ends up in the blue background area:

    Antiac,

Thanks for responding. I reduced logo size and font to 13px but menu still is on two lines. Logo can't go any smaller nor can the text or it'll become hard to read. There appears to be a good deal of space between the right edge of the logo and the beginning of the nav menu. Is there any way to close this space up?

    Thanks.

No, the 3 areas below (labeled as footers 1,2 & 3 on the widgets section of the admin page).
