Ahhhh thanks Victor. Really wasn't sure whether this was the correct plugin but thanks all sorted now.
Not sure why it didn't show up in the initial set up of the theme.

Thank you ,I did adjust this code but there is still no change in the size.
It's quite bizarre as the live header is significantly larger than the uploaded version.
I would still love some resolution on this.
