    Hi,
    I am using the Foodie Child Theme (love it).
    And have customised the size of the header. It's now currently 640 x 177px
    The image I created is exactly this size and I have changed the size specs in functions.php.
    Though once it is uploaded the image enlarges in the header space of the live website - making it bigger than I want but also blurry. Not the size I want and not crispy.
    Is there something I'm missing?
    I dont understand why all the specs seem to be correct but it is obviously much larger once uploaded.
    Thanks

    I'm not sure if this is the full solution, but I think you need to change the size in your stylesheet too.

    Should be under Title Area

    something like this:

    .header-image .site-title a {
    float: left;
    min-height: 165px;
    width: 400px;
    }

    Thank you ,I did adjust this code but there is still no change in the size.
    It's quite bizarre as the live header is significantly larger than the uploaded version.
    I would still love some resolution on this.
    Thank you
