Yes, I already contacted WPengine, regarding the issue. But they said issue is from theme i.e. Genesis Framework. So that' why I created account under studiopress community and I created ticket here.

On staging site,
1. cloudflare is not enabled
2. No optimization plugin activated.
3. All plugins on the site is disabled, only 3 genesis related plugins activated. As I already told you in my message.

If I activated default theme, then there's no error in console regarding jQuery.
