    Hi

In the Dashboard go to Genesis -> SEO Settings and take the tick out of the "Use semantic HTML5 page and section headings throughout site?" option and click save.

If you have WordPress SEO by Yoast installed you won't see the Genesis -> SEO Settings.

    Hi

It looks like the full size header image is a background style of .header-image .site-title a, whereas your responsive background images are applied to .header-image .site-header .wrap, so they are being displayed as well rather than instead off.

Try changing .header-image .site-header .wrap to .header-image .site-title a in your media queries.

    Cheers

Take a look at this PST by WPBeginner http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-author-url-slug-and-base-in-wordpress/ in which they suggest the Edit Author Slug plugin

I've not used it myself though.

    Hi Deebeedee

I don't think there is a simple setting to do this.

On my blog you'll see a post about adding a function to your functions.php file to achieve this, if that's any help to you?

    Hi RRG

I've run into this issue a couple of times. It is a setting on your web server that needs adjusting. You need to request that your web hosting support increase the max_input_vars value in the php.ini.

You can use Gary Jones' plugin Diagnosis - http://wordpress.org/plugins/diagnosis/ - to see what it is currently set at.

    I hope that helps.

Aha! I know see why I've been getting requests to add to my list. Thanks Gary.

Any suggestions on what to use to to handle the membership and create a directory of members? I've been playing with BuddyPress but it doesn't give the directory listings as I think they should be.

    Cheers

    Hi Gary

As we discussed on Twitter I also think that having a UK list of designer and developers that work with the Genesis Framework would be valuable to me. Always good to know people to turn too if I need to outsource any work or get assistance on a project. And I love the idea of having a Genesis meet up in the UK at some point in the future.

I'm happy to help put the site together.

    Cheers
