The colors are very nice and the full-width design makes it look very spacious and airy.
1. If possible, I would make the 3 pictures on the homepage (under the banner image), link to their respective pages. The eye is typically drawn to an image first - so if you can make it clickable, it would be more user-friendly. I did this on http://landlordology.com, where it says "Resources & Tools" and "State Laws & Regs" (middle of the page).
2. The banner slideshow images link to subpages, which is great, but I don't know which pages they go to unless I look at the hover URL in the bottom corner of the browser. Can you include a Title, or caption in the banner slideshow to describe each image? I'd also like to see a left-right arrow in the slideshow to give the user some control - especially since the pictures are links.

It's a nice site. Great Job. My only suggestion would be to increase the h2 header size - especially on the home page. I'm talking about "Your Brand", "Your People", etc. The text is way too small.

Nice work. My only suggestion would be to break up the text in the first main paragraph on the home page.... the one that starts with
"Welcome to LagunaAgent.com, Here you can....".
It's kind of difficult to read because it's just one big block of text. I would break it into 3 paragraphs - such as:
