Good point, @MoodyRiviera. I just downloaded a few other themes but couldn't find them in there either. Can I generate my own and just add them to the theme? Does anyone know the file sizes I should be aiming for (KBs I'm guessing) or image size? Thx.

I believe Simple Edits is working for me and we're up to date on everything. http://corporette.com. I don't use Responsive Slider though.

Sorry for my slow reply -- I was using Genesis's SEO, yes (and prior to that, the SEO that came with Thesis).  I temporarily thought I solved the problem by changing the post title setting within Yoast from "%%title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%" to "%%title%% - Corporette.com"... but now it's started pulling "Search Corporette," which is the title of another widget in my sidebar.  (See search for "corporette sick" with changed responses.)  I do not get this...

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me with this!

OK, never mind, I must have screwed up the CSS somehow -- when I FTPed over an older version of the CSS sheet everything was fine.  (I'm still new to CSS to "edit undo" apparently didn't occur to me until like 5 hours in.)  Crisis solved -- should be interesting to study the two versions for differences, though.

Something even screwier than that is going on -- if I select the property in Firebug, the title of the widget goes the full width of the page.  I currently have all plugins turned off. Any suggestions?

Thank you, that worked!  I've only used "display: none" before. 😀

Hmmmn.  John, are you available as a consultant?  I think JavaScript is totally over my head.  (Or: can you recommend someone good?)

It still looks weird for me on Firefox and Safari (and just to be sure I cleared my cache)... still looks weird.  What browser are you in, @anitac? Thanks again.

I'm going to stick to the other thread, then... I opened two because they seemed like separate (albeit related) problems.

Hi Nick -- I went to the plugin page and deactived all 35 that I had active; not even Akismet was running on the site for a good 15-20 minutes... and the problem persisted.  It was suggested by some guys at WPMU (where I pay for support service) that I add a clear div after the #subnav div and before the #inner div in style.php -- but I can't figure out how to do that with Genesis.  Help! Went back and reread the Genesis Beginner's guide... sorry, this is my first time trying to edit the PHP myself.

    Thank you in advance...

I'm having a problem where my content is being pushed underneath the header if there are under 10 comments -- it was suggested that I fix it with this change.  The original problem was posted here: http://www.studiopress.community/topic/wp-or-genesis-problem-disappearing-posts/
