Hi, if I add the code:
//* Reposition the primary navigation menu
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
add_action( 'genesis_before_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );after this code:
//* Reposition the primary navigation menu
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
add_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_nav', 12 );My menu is centred, however I now have two hamburger menus when viewed on mobile.
Any help or advice on how to centre the Genesis Sample menu would be hugely appreciated!

jonathonfowlerParticipantHi, my site menu is already positioned to the right of the top of the page:
https://loveweddingphotosandfilm.co.uk/
using this code in functions.php :
//* Reposition the primary navigation menu
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
add_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_nav', 12 );I would like the menu to be centred on the page, so I changed the code to the following, which is suggested earlier in the thred:
//* Reposition the primary navigation menu
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
add_action( 'genesis_before_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );But now my menu disappears, unless I view the site on mobile, then the hamburger menu appears.
How do I get the menu to appear in the middle and not disappear?

April 7, 2021 at 3:27 am in reply to: Mobile Menu CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) Issue with Digital Pro #503700jonathonfowlerParticipantI changed my theme to use the Genesis Sample theme. CLS test is now a pass and my theme is more legible and cleaner looking.
My homepage mobile score is 92, and on desktop, it's 100. Thank you Studiopress!

jonathonfowlerParticipantHi,
I tried your fix Anita but it just completely removes my menu on mobile, which is clearly undesirable.
Any idea how to get your fix to work on my site? Thanks.

March 14, 2021 at 7:08 am in reply to: Mobile Menu CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) Issue with Digital Pro #503443jonathonfowlerParticipantI tried the fix posted by Anita, all it does is delete the menus completely on mobile devices. So I 'pass' the CLS test, but visitors cannot navigate my site 🙁
Is it possible to display the menu without the hamburger that causes the CLS issue?
Maybe time to move to another theme if this isn't addressed by the Studiopress team 🙁

May 20, 2015 at 6:08 am in reply to: Any recommendation for a great photo gallery ecommerce plugin? #152887jonathonfowlerParticipantHi, thanks for your reply.
I looked at woocomerce and it gets mixed reviews for selling prints of photos. Apparently not a great solution due to awkward setup.......I've not yet seen a live example that looks great.
2. I did, and over the past 3 years I've tried and thoroughly tested NextGen, NextGen Pro, WP Estore, WP Photo Seller. All had problems. Did a google search and I can see some options, but nothing that shows me a live site demo that convinces me it will be better than the stuff I've already tested.

May 15, 2015 at 12:51 pm in reply to: Remove specific page content area for neater slider display #152331jonathonfowlerParticipantThanks Lynne, I appreciate your help. I can easily remove the background image, leaving just the slider in place. That's strange about the white bars, I can;t see them when logged in as admin, but I can see them logged out.

May 14, 2015 at 2:19 am in reply to: Remove specific page content area for neater slider display #152133jonathonfowlerParticipantFixed! I changed a setting on the slider and now the white content area has been made transparent. thank you!
Now if I can reduce the height of the content area on the slider pages only, as noted above, the slider pages will look much neater and more compact.
I appreciate your assistance, thank you again!

Thank you very much for this information, I appreciate it and I'll put it to use in a wee while!
How would I then reduce the padding above and below the slider, how would I reduce the size of the content area so the top of the slider sits up against the bottom of the menu area, and the bottom of the slider sits level with the footer area?
Thanks again for your reply!
Regards,
Jonathon.
