    Hi Ginger,

Thank you for the reply. I do have a simple text widget in the Header Right area but other then that I just have the Custom Menu and Simple Social Icons widgets as laid out in the template setup directions.

However, curiosity got me and I removed any widget not the Custom Menu but the issue persists. I am truly perplexed honestly. Thank you for verifying the CSS. I did a look as well thinking something in the Media query Breaks were not right but found nothing.

    An Ugh moment lol

i should have done more research on the image size question before i posed it. I added the #full-image css as was instructed and that did the trick.

So no what i want to do is only have this happen with specific Post categories. I was going to look into the genesis extender for some conditional approaches but am thinking something specific added to the Functions my be more appropriate. Unless you have experience otherwise.

So could you point me to take that snippet (which works) and add a conditional so it only occurrs with specific category or categories?

    Thanks in Advance

Thanks Brad. I added "DISPLAY FEATURED ITEM BEFORE TITLE" code at the bottom of my child Themes (Min Pro) Function.php file. That did add the featured image above the Post title.

Any insight on how to resize the featured image to 1130 x 400? I wish it to be full width. Or how i could actually use the first image of a post entry instead of using the featured image?
