Hi Ginger, thank you for the reply. I should specify what part of my website I am tying in. I have created a sub-site for new-developments at http://www.vancouverlistingsearch.com/new-condo/ where I am inputting 'listings' through the agentpress listings. I would like to decide not based on most recent listings to display, instead showing all listings that have the same city as designated in the "city" taxanomy. That way, I could have Featured North Vancouver Listings, Featured West Vancouver Listings, etc.
jamesg89MemberTo add text above featured listings, images, contact form, things I might typically add in the wordpress editor, shortcode etc.
jamesg89MemberThanks for the reply,
I have customized the archive page to a little extent. http://www.vancouverlistingsearch.com/listings/
Is there a way to edit this page and contents in the dashboard of wordpress? Editing a php file is not very user friendly for my less coding-inclined partner and fellow agent.jamesg89MemberI am curious about RETS direct integration. There have been a few issues that they seem unwilling to work around or cannot fix, and it doesn't seem that friendly to personal customization either.
In any case, I have seen a few plugins that seem to import nightly mls directly on to one's own wordpress instead of using a third party (idx). http://www.soldpress.com/ https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/ . Can someone tell me if they have gone down this road and if it works well? I am currently hosting on godaddy, would I have to upgrade to handle all that data? If you have used one of these programs, are you able to plug the data right into the agentpress taxanomies etc? Very curious.
James
jamesg89MemberFIXED (Kind of). Seems like my IE11 was ironically in a 'Windows Compatibility Mode'. I hope the majority of IE users do not have this setting on, as it seems to rip apart everything. Anyone know if that is the default viewing mode? Or did I accidentaly press some sort of key combination to turn that on.
jamesg89MemberFollow up question,
I'd now like to have the header image to be pushed to the right. Adding left padding to just about every .site-title hasn't worked.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Jamesjamesg89MemberPerfect, thank you very much Dom. It's looking great!
