    Hello all,

    Trying to modify my header to include a logo img as well as text. I have both showing, now I would like to make some changes (only to the text portion) so that the title text aligns at the very bottom of the header bar with perhaps a little space to the left as well. Padding changes seem to push the image logo away and off screen.

    Thanks in advance for any advice!
    James

    Hi James

    Bear with me here, I may have missed something. I made a few small adjustments.

    Add, in style.css:
    h1.site-title { padding-top: 50px; }
    .site-title a { padding: 50px 0 0; }
    .site-header .site-title a { padding-left: 0; }

    You may also have to adjust the top and bottom padding on .site-header .genesis-nav-menu li a to get the white background over the active page to match the bottom of the header background.

    Thanks
    Dom

    Follow up question,

    I'd now like to have the header image to be pushed to the right. Adding left padding to just about every .site-title hasn't worked.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks,
    James

    You need to add padding to .title-area:

    .title-area {
    padding 0 0 0 20px;
    }

    Thanks
    Dom
