Thanks, Susan. I was was logged into my Studio Press account and did not see a "pre-sales" option (still don't) on the support request. Since what I'm asking for is information on a different theme I intend to buy and the required questions include specifying a theme, which would cloud the issue, I think, I found the form less than suitable for my needs.

Thanks, Brad. Yes, I've been through just about every theme. Was there a specific theme you were referring to?
