Hi @mjsdiaz I didn't do any work on the site. It seems that the problem has disappeared by itself.
November 1, 2019 at 12:30 pm in reply to: Problem icons (search and menu) of the Essence Pro theme #494378giampaolofalascaParticipantThanks @anitac for your prompt reply.
I also did a check and discovered that the problem of icons also occurs in the official demo of the Essence Pro theme: https://demo.studiopress.com/essence/
I also discovered that the problem occurs only in the Chrome browser and not in the Safari browser.
I also asked Genesis support who responded like this:
This is actually not a theme issue and looks to be an issue with unpkg CDN (there are multiple reports of CORS issues with different packages), they should be looking into it and resolve the issue. I am not sure on a timeline but you can read more here:
https://github.com/mjackson/unpkg/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+CORS
There are multiple reports of CORS issues with different packages. The problem has not been resolved.
What could be done to temporarily solve this problem?
giampaolofalascaParticipantThank you very much @anitac for the advice I really appreciated.
I downloaded and installed the OG By Marcin Pietrzak plugin
Thanks for everything.giampaolofalascaParticipantThanks @anitac for the welcome suggestion.
Regarding the OpenGraph, I found this code: https://gist.github.com/bradonomics/bc483968112195dee485
Can I use it? it is OK?
Thanks for everything.giampaolofalascaParticipantYes thanks @anitac, I solved the problem with a specific CSS code.
giampaolofalascaParticipantThanks @vfontjr
I will use the SEO integration of my theme and an external plugin to create the sitemap.
Thanks for everything.giampaolofalascaParticipantThanks @braddalton for the answer.
I solved the problem by inserting the above code instead of a custom plugin directly into the functions.php file of my theme and the problem seems to be solved.
Thank you again.October 26, 2019 at 12:53 am in reply to: Display bug for the Essence Pro theme in the Safari browser #494268giampaolofalascaParticipantOk Thanks @anitac so much for informing me. I hope the solution will arrive soon
